What is Skroutz Academy


Skroutz Academy is the training platform exclusively for Skroutz partners where:

  • You can find any information you need
  • You stay updated first about what's new
  • You discover sales increase tips
  • You solve all your training related questions

The goal of Skroutz Academy is to support you educationally so that you can maximize our collaboration, improve your business performance, and achieve even more sales on Skroutz!


Log in to Skroutz Academy


> How do I create my account?

Your account has been automatically created based on the email you use to access the Merchants Panel, with the necessary condition being the payment of your annual subscription to Skroutz.

All you need to do is activate your account.


> How do I activate my account?

To activate your account on the training platform, you should:

  • Search your email associated with your Merchants Panel for the message you received upon the automatic creation of your account, with the subject "Skroutz Academy account activation" (this link remains active for 48 hours from the moment it is sent)
  • Select the link "Create Skroutz Academy password", and
  • Enter the password of your choice in the window you will be directed to.

Then, make your first login to the platform by entering your email and the password you just created.


> I did not manage to activate my account within 48 hours.

> I did not receive or cannot find the account activation email.

> I don't have or forgot my Skroutz Academy password.

> I enter my email to create a new password, but I don't receive any message.

> How do I log in to Skroutz Academy?

For a successful login to Skroutz Academy, follow these steps:

  • Go to Skroutz Academy, select the "Login" button, and then "Create a new Academy password"
  • Enter the email you use to access the Merchants Panel, and you will soon receive a new email with a link that will remain active for 20 minutes.
  • This link will redirect you to set a password of your choice.

Now, you can log in to Skroutz Academy with your email and the password you selected.

Attention! You cannot log in to the Academy with any email you desire because we have already registered you on the training platform with the first email you provided during your collaboration with Skroutz. If you register any other email during the above process, you will not receive the email to choose your password.

If for any reason you want to change the email with which you are registered, in order to log in and receive communications, open a support ticket with the subject "Change Skroutz Academy email".


> Can I change the email with which I will log in to Skroutz Academy and receive updates?

You can access Skroutz Academy only with one of the emails you have access to in the Merchants Panel.

  • If the email you want to use to log in to Skroutz Academy is already a store administrator in the Merchants Panel, then simply open a support ticket with the subject "Change Skroutz Academy email".
  • If the email you want to use to log in to Skroutz Academy is not a store administrator in the Merchants Panel, you will need to first register as a new user with that email here (open in incognito mode) and then inform us by opening a ticket with the subject "Connect Store Administrator & Skroutz Academy" here, so we can link the new email as a store administrator and make the necessary changes in Skroutz Academy.


Training Webinars at Skroutz Academy


> How can I participate in the training webinars?

When the training team organizes a training webinar, they will inform you via email.

To participate in our training webinars, follow these steps:

Registration for the training webinar
  • Follow the link in the email you received.
    Alternatively, from the main page of Skroutz Academy, go to the "Webinars" section, open the webinar lesson, and select the "Webinar Link"
  • In the webinar details, click the "Register" button to reserve your spot in the specific webinar. If there are multiple available slots, you can register for only one of them.

Participation in the training webinar

  • Follow the link in the email you received.
    Alternatively, from the main page of Skroutz Academy, go to the "Webinars" section, open the webinar lesson, and select the "Webinar Link"
  • In the webinar details, click the "Join" button, which will redirect you to the environment where the webinar will take place. The button becomes active 15 minutes before the start of the webinar.

> In case I am unable to participate in a training webinar, can I watch it later?

We ensure that all our training webinars are recorded.

On the main page of Skroutz Academy, under the "Webinars" section, you can find all the training webinars that have been scheduled or completed and may interest you.

By selecting any of the completed ones, you will find the corresponding recording (REC), which you can watch at your convenience.


Completion of Courses at Skroutz Academy


> Is it mandatory to complete the courses?

Skroutz Academy is a provision that aims to support you in becoming familiar with Skroutz applications and services and to help you improve your operational performance.

As such, completing the courses is necessary in order to fully utilize our cooperation.

In addition, trainings related to your legal obligations regarding the law and guidelines for the proper use of the Skroutz platform (e.g., GDPR training) are mandatory.


> I'm trying to start a course, but it says, "You cannot access this course until you complete its prerequisites"

To gain access to some courses, you will need to have completed their prerequisites.

You can view the prerequisites for these courses by going to the "Prerequisites" section on their main page.


> While I have attended a course, it doesn't show as completed.

Usually, for a course to be considered completed, you must have completed all its sections.

You can view the completion rules for each course by going to the "Completion Rules" section on their main page.


> I can't find the courses I've completed in the course list. How can I access them?

The courses you have completed appear as a separate list of completed courses when you select "Completed Courses" from the progress bar.

To return to the list of courses you haven't completed, select "Courses in Progress" accordingly.


General Questions about Skroutz Academy


> Do I have any financial obligations for using the platform?

No, the training platform Skroutz Academy is included as a provision in the "Basic Package" of your annual subscription to Skroutz.


> Will I benefit from the badges and points I collect?

The badges and points serve as a symbolic representation and reward of your training progress.

In the future, Skroutz Academy plans to reward partners who have invested time in their training by allowing them to redeem the points they have collected for enhanced training provisions.


> Can I access Skroutz Academy from my mobile/tablet?

Of course, there is an app for iOS and Android devices.

Search for the app called "TalentLMS", install it on your device, enter "academy.skroutz.gr" as the website, "Skroutz Partners Training Academy" as branch, and then enter your email and password.


> I need additional training. How can I request it?

You can record your training needs by selecting “Training Needs Recording” from the list of courses under the "General" category on the main page.

This way, we will easily collect your needs and ensure that you receive the corresponding training promptly.


> For any other questions regarding the training platform, who can I contact?

For any other issues or questions you have, you can open a relevant support ticket through the partner space by selecting the category "Something else"
